Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH) as part of our commitment to providing
accessible healthcare to underserved communities.
The outreach was one of our core

medical care, free health screenings, and wellness education. This outreach is
in line with our mission to enhance healthcare delivery, empower communities,

the hospital enabled us to leverage their expert personnel and infrastructure,
ensuring that the community could receive top-notch healthcare. With this

Children’s Day

youngest members of our society. This year, Tariwen Foundation marked the
occasion by extending our hands and hearts to the children at the Port
Harcourt Children’s Home and other orphanages across the city. It was
a day filled with love, laughter, and lasting memories—a testament to our
commitment to creating brighter futures for children.
A Day of Connection and Care
At the heart of our Children’s Day outreach was the desire to bring
smiles to the faces of these remarkable children, many of whom face challenges
that most of us can scarcely imagine. From the moment we arrived at the Port
Harcourt Children’s Home, the excitement in the air was palpable. The children
greeted us with warm smiles and open arms, eager to share their stories and
partake in the activities we had planned.
